Subscription & Payments Certain features of Monk Mode may be available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following: Billing: Payments are processed via the App Store or Google Play. Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds: Refunds are processed in accordance with the respective app store’s policies. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account. 6. Intellectual Property The Monk Mode App, logo, design, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. 7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability 7.1 No Guarantees Monk Mode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: The App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your personal goals or habits will be successfully achieved. 7.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for: Data loss, service disruptions, or inaccuracies within the App. Any psychological, emotional, or physical effects from using Monk Mode. Third-party content or links accessed through the App. 7.3 Health Disclaimer Monk Mode is a self-improvement tool and does not provide professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment services. If you experience distress or require medical advice, consult a licensed professional. 8. Termination & Account Deletion We may suspend or terminate your access to Monk Mode if you: Violate these Terms or misuse the App. Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Request account deletion.
